PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS (ALL PART NUMBERS):
Bottles - Serum vials in
high density polyethylene (HDPE) providing good to excellent light weight;
clarity; toughness; resistance to acids, alkalies, oils, solvents, hi-humidity,
sunlight, heat and cold. Our supplier is recognized as one of the
leading quality manufacturers of blow molded containers and injection molded
components in the United States. The bottle shape is cylindrical
with dimensions for the 1/2 Oz capacity approximating 2.18" high x 1.093"
diameter and for the 1 Oz capacity approximating 2.615" high x 1.235" diameter.
Brass - Parts are machined
from hard tempered 330 brass held to +/- .001 tolerances.
"O" Rings - Two are used
and made from 2-110 Buna. In addition to the obvious leakage protection
they act as a cushion factor and also aid in the prevention of part rotation.
